• The latest trend in leaf tea packaging is to pack the tea in pyramid shaped tea bags with a string and tag attached. The advantage is that the long tea leaves do not break, and retain the freshness and flavor until used. This tea bag is widely used for PREMIUM TEAS.


• The machine is equipped with a Twin Head Linear Weighing system to dose leafy tea and other herbal products in the required quantity of product in to the nylon tea bag, Dosing range: 1 - 10 grams.


• The main PYPAK system will form the tea bag out of nylon mesh, fill It with the desired quantity and then ultrasonically seal it with the string and tag attached with the option to also make flat tea bags of nylon mesh,


• The system uses a combination of electromechanical, pneumatic and ultrasonic process to achieve all its relevant functions.
